What happens to my advert/newsletter/ezine/offer when my account is paused?
If your account is paused for any reason, then your advert/newsletter/ezine/offer will not be displayed in any of our category pages. This does not mean that your advert/newsletter/ezine/offer has been deleted or that your account has been cancelled. You will start receiving new, targeted leads as soon as your account is active once again. |

How do I add my advert/newsletter/ezine/offer to a category?
You can do this by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select My Account, Relevant Categories from the main menu.
3. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and use your mouse to select one or more relevant categories from the Relevant Categories selection menu.
4. Click the Sub-categories link choose from a variety of sub-categories.
5. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and use your mouse to select one or more relevant sub-categories from the Sub-categories selection menu.
6. Click the Save Changes button.
Note: Check your web browser settings to ensure that your browser is configured to allow popups (otherwise the sub-categories window will be blocked and will not appear). |
Does my cost-per-lead need to be the same in all categories?
es. Your cost-per-lead must be the same in all categories. In the future, you'll be able to select a different cost-per-lead in different categories. |

I want to use capitalized acronyms in my advert/newsletter/ezine/offer description, but my changes are not saved. Why?
The Description text area box where members can edit their list description is designed to automatically change UPPERCASE words into Sentence case. This helps to prevent some members from entering words in UPPERCASE in an effort to gain more attention to their listing. Excessive UPPERCASE words and special characters are not allowed. However, acronyms are acceptable, so please contact us with your requested list description and our support team will make these changes for you right away. |

Will you notify me when the position of my advert/newsletter/ezine/offer changes?
It's important to remember that the position of your advert/newsletter/ezine/offer may not be maintained because of the dynamic nature of our marketplace. If another members is paying a higher cost-per-lead, then your advert/newsletter/ezine/offer will appear below that member's advert/newsletter/ezine/offer.
Although you are not currently notified when the position of your advert/newsletter/ezine/offer changes, we will be adding this feature in the coming months. In the meantime, we recommend frequently checking your advert/newsletter/ezine/offer and adjusting your cost-per-lead accordingly to ensure you maintain your desired position within the each category. |

My newsletter/ezine is published in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat and I don't know how to establish a link to a sample copy. How do I do this?
To do this, all you need to do is upload a copy of your sample (e.g., newsletter.doc or newsletter.pdf) to your web server where your other web files (i.e., index.htm) are located. Then, you can enter the URL of your Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat document in the Sample Newsletter/Ezine field (e.g. http://www.your-domain.com/newsletter.pdf).
